I am a big girl, 5'11-6'0 I am 23 years old!. Finally after a couple of of years of failed dieting and exercise!. I really just let myself go!

I could never stick to it because I'm also an emotional eater!. Now I'm 244lbs!!! with high blood pressure!.

Im tired of being lazy! But regardless I LOVE TO EAT!

I use to enjoy exercising!. Now it's time for me to do something because I want to be healthy and live!. So I've been trying to loose weight with exercise, and watch what I eat!.

My goal is to loose at least (20lbs & if possible more) if possible for my New Years, and keep extending my goal, and staying healthy for the rest of my life!!

It's been 8days on my way to loosing weight and I know this hasn't been a long time!. I've worked out ever day for 8days and eat (4-6) little meals/snakes all threw out the day!. I feel like if I don't do it big now when will I ever do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I work out in the morning and In the evening EVERYDAY!

I've lost 4lbs total!?!?!? Is this bad!?!?!? I went from 244lbs to 240lbs!.!.!.

Is this just for the mean time, and Im going to loose and gain weight In the beginning, What should I do!?

First off, congrats on the weight loss! Losing 4 lbs in just over a week is great! It's generally recommended to aim for a weight loss of around 1-3lbs a week, so you're doing good!

I'm more or less in the same boat you are!. I used to be 115, but over the last 13 years I've gone up to 205!. I've managed to lose some of it, but the lowest I've been able to get down to has been 170!. I'm currently on a diet called the 'Flat Belly Diet' through Prevention magazine!. It's a pretty easy diet, nothing crazy!. It has you eating 3 meals and a snack, each 400 calories!. You're eating every 4 hours!. While it sounds extreme, it's not, and most of the time, I'm rarely hungry by the time my next meal comes up, which is good!.

I've been on the diet for 4 weeks now!. In the 4 weeks, I've lost an average of 4 inches, and about 10lbs!. I won't go into great detail about the diet, but you don't have to buy anything weird!. It teaches you to count your calories while stressing adding good fats to your diet!. You should check it out!. The book costs $40 on Prevention's website, but you can get your money back if the diet doesn't work!.

As far as weight goes, it will fluctuate!. You might even gain a little back one day, then lose it the next!. It's a viscious cycle, but it's also a part of dieting!.

AS far as your workout routine, don't forget to change it up every few weeks or else your body will get bored and you'll plateau, making the workouts basically useless!. Good luck and keep up the great work!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There's a fantastic site that I've been checking out for a few weeks now, it's got loads of free help and advice and illustrates to you how to tone up and slim down the true way, without dieting!. I worked off 6 pounds in three weeks by taking their advice http://snipurl!.com/3v985Www@Answer-Health@Com
