How important are wrist wraps when bench pressing weights?!


Question: How important are wrist wraps when bench pressing weights!?

Crazyman not everyone in the world can bench press 300lbs!.I am a reasonable strong guy i cant bench 300lbs!.I dont think this women can bench press 300lbs either!.I highly recommend them when doing benching to get a good grip!.I dont use them i use gloves!.I dont know if wrist wraps are available at walmart but you can get them at

thats more for rows, deads, etc etc!.!.!.your talking about the wraps that go around the bar right!? or is it supposed to keep your wrist straight!.!.!.if it keeps it straight and you have a problem with that!.!.!.then you def need that otherwise your wrist might snap and the weight will fall on you and your wrist will be messed up

but they have wraps where you put it on the bar so you loose your grip like doing upright rows your whatever!.!.!.i think theres some to try and keep your wrists straight to!.!.!.!.have no idea lol!.!.!.i dont use them so yeahWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you are lifting very heavy weights they are important!. If you are lifting lighter and not bodybuilding just strength training they can be optional!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

unless your lifting 500lbs than they're really not that important lol!. but if you have weak wrist or lifting in Competition then they are pretty importantWww@Answer-Health@Com
