What are the benefits of lifting light weights over heavy ones?!

Question: What are the benefits of lifting light weights over heavy ones!?
I know you probably won't get as strong or as big if you don't lift heavy, but what exactly does lifting light for many repetitions do for you!? Can you pack on any size or any noticeable muscle lifting light!? ThanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can absolutely show very good muscle toning by lifting light weights with many reps, and you'll feel great too!. That's the approach to use if you're not doing bodybuilding or competitive weight lifting, or looking for lots of muscle mass!. Add a bit of walking or jogging or even skipping to that and you'll look and feel your best for years to come!. Hope I helped!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are less prone to injury lifting lighter weights for reps (8-15) versus for weight (3-6 reps)!. and those are set-backs!.!.

Especially if you experience very fast muscle growth or have recently lost alot of weight your tendons and ligaments are unable to support the muscles!.

If you have been lifting for less than 3 years keep to more reps!.
However, some individuals can get away with no warm-up reps, stretching or etc!.!.
It's not fun to find out which one you are, so lift safe!.

It's better to lift less weight correctly (good form) than more weight and bad form!.

Most bodybuilder lift for repetition as it brings their muscles to fatigue more efficiently!. Although they could be curling 80lbs, they are still doing it for 10+ reps because they are strong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You will probably gain a bit of muscle, but mostly muscular endurance!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
