Should I go from size 2-0?!

Question: Should I go from size 2-0!?
I am 18 years old, I am 5'3 and 116 pounds even though it sounds like a normal weight i feel fat!. I say this because I am normally a size 0, but i stopped doing exercise and started eating fast food like crazy (no joke) you think I should go back to size 0!? I felt healthier back then I am currently a size 2 just because my waist is now too thick to fit a size 1 but my legs fit on a size 0/1Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am curious as to why you are asking this question if you don't have low self esteem!. If you felt healthier at a size 0 then stop eating junk food and your body will probably go back to it!. It seems like you have an answer in your head as to at which size you felt healthiest so the purpose of this question is unclear!.!.!.!. Obviously you need to do what is the best for your body, regardless of size!. I can tell you right now that excissive fast food is bad for it - even if you don't get fat it's doing massive damage to your body!. You felt healthier when you were a size 0 not because of your measurements but because your body was getting more of the nutrients it needs to function at its best!. :-)

I'm not going to tell you that you're too thin!. I know that every body is different and that sometimes all the BMI scales and standards in the world won't explain how your body works!. There is nothing wrong with being especially small in weight - AS LONG AS YOU ARE HEALTHY!. Really the only thing that matters is your health!. If you are starving at a size 12 it's bad!. If you are eating the wrong things at a size 2 it's bad!. So be responsible and listen to your body: if it is telling you that you need to exercise more than do it!! And if it's telling you to eat better do it!!

I hope you do what's best for your body!. And I sincerely hope you are not missing a bigger issue here!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go running, or walking every day!. Exercise as much as you can!. Eat about 1200 calories a day!. Don't starve yourself, or you'll become obsessed with food and end up gaining weight!. Eat foods that are high in protein and preferably fat free!. Drink lots of water!. Omega 3's and fish oil help to fasten your metabolism!. Green tea also helps!. The more you exercise, the more weight you will lose!. Make sure to keep hydrated!. Drink lots and lots of water!. Eat every 3-4 hours to keep your metabolism high!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Even at 116 you are on the very low end of what's healthy for your height and age!. If you feel fat, that is just psychological, because you are in fact quite skinny!. I am concerned you might have, or are developing and eating disorder!. At the very least, you have unrealistic ideal for your body image, which tends to be a symptom of low self esteem!. Your body is fine, it sounds like your self image is what needs adjustment!.

Best of luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should do what makes you happy!. You could go as low as 105 lbs and still be in the range of what is considered healthy!. A healthy BMI is anywhere from 18!.5 to 25!. Below that is considered underweigh, and above that is overweight!. 105 lbs would put you at an 18!.6 BMI!. Right now you have a BMI of 20!.5!. So you are ok either way!. If you want to lose weight go for it, just be healthy about it, but you could stay where you are if you wanted and be just fine!.

Fat free foods are fine in moderation, but don't be afraid of fat!. Your body needs it to function properly, and it also helps you to stay full longer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You feel fat!?!?

I think you have an unhealthy way of thinking!.

Size 2 and You want to be a Size 0!?!?

Why!? Basically, you have no body fat, our bodys are made to store a bit of fat so that in a case of an illness!. More weight loss would compound problems for you about after 6 hours!.

oh, sorry your question

Malnutrition would be your first problem!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
