Looking to start Nutrisystem!.!.!.If anyone has used it and can offer me advice and help I would be greatful!.!.!.Is the food good!? I am a very picky eater but I think there are several things I would enjoy and I do not have a problem eating the same foods all the time!.!.!.Did anyone lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I tried it many years ago!. You will lose weight if you stick with the plan!. I found it too expensive!. Now I use common sense things that do work - healthy active lifestyle, aerobic exercise most days of the week, and a strength training routine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
