Question: Did i lose a severe amount of lean muscle!?
im a 16 year old male and im really skinny!. anyways about a month ago where i had personal problems and didnt eat much for 3-5 days and i was quite active because i thought that if i was doing something active it could help stop thinking about my problems!. anyways after those 3-5 days of not eating much and being really active i quit and i retturned to my normal eating habits!. so my question did i lose lean muscle!? since i did that!? did i lose alot of it!? did i slow down my metabolism!? cause my metabolism iz really fast and i dont want what i did to have it slowed down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's simple, you probably didn't lose a lot of muscle, if any at all!. This is because 3-5 days of eating less food won't slow down your metabolism!. It slows down when people stop eating for weeks or start doing those fad diets which require you to literally starve yourself!. It depends in how much less you ate, but even if you ate close to nothing, that possible weight loss you experienced was probably just fat!.
