Any advice or suggestions?!


Question: Any advice or suggestions!?
First of all, I'm a thirteen year old girl!. I'm not a very self confident person and I think I would say I'm self conscious!. My problem is is that last year I purposely lost 23 kilos and I was extremely happy with myself!. But then after christmas (everyone knows how it is) I gained a bit of weight!. In November is my aunties wedding and I just so happen to be a brides maid!. I want to loose at least 5-10 kilos before the wedding!. I think right now I am probably around the average weight but on the higher side!. If anyone has some tips or advice for me on how to loose that extra weight, then pleeeeease help me (:
I would also like to start toning my legs/arms/stomach, so if you know how, I would appreciate some advice on that!.

Start doing sports regularly like track at school or skipping at home everyday!. You need to be doing exercises that get you out of breath for at least 20 mins so start with fun sports at school and with your friends and you can do some stuff on your own at home like running round the house or skipping!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
