Question: Im 5'4 ,weighing 125 pounds,was 120 but gained 5 lbs in 3 mnths!.!.am i overweight !?
im so frustrated with the belly & flanks of mine!.!.rest is all n shape!.!.i'v got really muscular & slim lower body(hips/thighs/calfs)
wanna get rid of my falbby arms!.!.felly & flanks !.!. Help plz!.!.and also wanna know if i have to loose weight too along with the inches !.!.

As for toning up in certain places you should visit a gym and ask them what you need to do to tone up!.!.see if you can get the 1st visit free!.!.DO NOT sign any contract!. Let them help you then do it at home!.!.!.if you want to join try a 3 month contract!. You really need to tone and you need the help!. I am 27 5'3 112!.

Tips to Lose Weight Fast
