Any tips on my plan to lose weight?!


Question: Any tips on my plan to lose weight!?
I am starting to go to the gym EVERYDAY and will go everyday!. I am going to run on the treadmill for 30 minutes then do that steps thing for 30 minutes!. Thats 1 hour each day!. On weekends, I can up it to 2 hours!. The thing is, my parents always buy not so good food!. I mean it tastes good but it ain't good for you!. Should I eat before my workout or after!?
