Question: Bikram Yoga: Will it get me into shape!?
I'm thinking about giving Bikram yoga a try!. Would it actually help me tone my muscles and get me into shape!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd think so!. With all that sweating and poses you do, you'll get in shape!.

You'll also remove a lot of toxins from your body which can also help lose fat and weight!.

I use to have the fattest stomach, and it wasn't until I changed my diet and did yoga and pilates, and weightlifting exercises was when I got better results!.

well u have to stick with it unlike me!! after 4 sessions that was it~! People who do it enjoy it as I guess it makes them feel better and yeah tone their muscles if you have allergies like me or cannot stand the heat about 40 c and moving around then go for it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
