I'm 232 pounds 6'1 age 18 male?!


Question: I'm 232 pounds 6'1 age 18 male!?
im in a size 42 waist!. I'd like to go down to a 34 or 32!. but build muscle!. i could careless how much i weigh i just want to look good!. any suggestions on forming a meal schedule that i can use to weightlift!. I go to the gym everyother day!. what I do is!. : dumbell curls- 20lb dumbell 3 sets of 10 reps per arm, then i do pull downs (idk what they are supposed to be called its when i sit at a bench and there is a bar hanging over my head and i pull it down ) i do 5 sets of 70 lbs 10 reps, then i get a 20lb dumbell and i do that tricep workout when you hold it over our head where your elbows are bent then you etend them i do 2 sets of 10 reps each then i go on an eliptical machine for 10 mins then a stationary bike for 15 mins thats my workout!. but im trying to get skinny then get muscle cuz i gess i have a small case of man boobs (not gyno) and i have a belly and big *** thighs and i wanna make them small then build muscle and get big arms!. im not trying to do the lose 50 pounds in a month bullcrap i just need a steady plan!. can any1 help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
I would suggest cutting first!. It seems that you would have more of a natural tendency to gain muscle but store a little fat at the same time!. You might be classified as a endomorph/mesomorph but I can't say for certain!.

Try doing more cardio with a good, clean diet first!. That means no processed foods, fast food etc!.

you want things like whole grains, complete proteins and a good mix of fruits and vegetables!. Basically, a balanced diet!.

It'll probably be easier to drop the weight first then concentrate toning up a bit after!. You'll see more muscle once you drop the fat down to somewhere around 12%!.

Cardio first
clean, lean diet
