Shaping my body by working out?!


Question: Shaping my body by working out!?
Well, I'm already thin and all but I don't like the shape of my body!.
Mostly the size of my thighs and hips!.
I'm very small, 4'10, and have large breasts for my height!. My waist is small but not much smaller than my hips!.

What exercises will keep my waist small and maybe had some muscle to my legs!?

I understand making my hips bigger isn't much of an option!. So just some toning for my legs and maybe build some muscle!?
