I need a 3 day a week routine that I can do at home

use the dumbells to do curls tricep extensions many shoulder exercises also and pull overs for ur chest now idk how u work ur back id say get a pull up bar u need to work ur back w/ different variations of pull ups or u could just do deadlift 1x a week and bent over rows with the barbell

fri legs shoulders or just legs and add shoulders to wed
weekend rest
repaet works for me =)

just do some squats, deadlifts, bench press, curls and skullcrushers/dips along with pushups and situps!.
