Question: I'm not on weight watchers diet, but LOVE their frozen meals and desserts!!!?
I just had a LOVELY double chocolate brownie frozen thing!.!.wow, its sooo nice!.
anyway, it doesnt matter that i'm not following the diet but still eating their food does it!?!?
At the end of the day, their desserts are still low in calories and fat, so whats the harm, right!?
and also, for all the people who are doing weight watchers diet, can you recommend some nice things that they do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

aslong as you are swapping your usual higher calorie food for the lower calorie weight watchers food you will still see great results!. For instance if you usual have a bar of chocolate that would be about 250 calories the chocolate brownie frozen thing is only 165 calories so you are cutting down!. I also LOVE the weight watchers stuff im not on a diet but its just really yummy! I like the bannoffee dessert, and the ice cream sundaes they do!. Also for the meals the ocean pie is only 200 calories and its delicious!. So is the spagetti bolognaise and thesalmon with potato wedges!. They are all microwave meals and are great for when im in a rush!. I just put some vegtables on the side to make it more filling and its great!. xxxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Let me try to answer your question in a somewhat unusual way!.

When you eat nice food, several of the body's organs are put to immediate work!. They have to process the food that you ingest!. OK!.

But if you eat the wrong kinds of food, or the wrong combination of foods, or eat them in the wrong order, you are giving your colon extra and unnecessary work!. If it has been working all the time trying to process this food, then it gets tired and slows down!. And when the colon slows down, that slows down the entire body!.

Do you get it!?

It looks as if your colon is not working effectively or efficiently!. You seem to have an urge to eat these foods!. That tells me something is lacking in your body that can only be satisfied by eating these foods!.

This must be sorted out before other health problems start raising their heads!.

What I am suggesting to you is that you probably need to get your colon cleansed to rid it of the loads of toxic waste that it has been carrying for ages!. Between 5 and 20 lbs of it!
