Question: How do you lose fat of your thighs!?
Thats my question but i dont want any1 tto say "you cant just lose weight just off your thighs"
i need help that actually helps!. I wana no wa i can do to lose fat quickly b4 the 24 october!.

The best thing for you to do is start a cardiovascular exercise program and make sure that you aren't eating too much!. This doesn't mean stop eating or skip meals!. In fact, you may be eating the right amount of calories right now and maybe you just need to exercise!. Do you currently exercise!? If you already do some cardio, try increasing the amount (frequency or length) and try eating less calories each day than what you currently do!.

If you do not do cardio exercise, you'll need to choose something like jogging or cycling (try a gym if you can) but you need to start up very slowly so that your body gets used to it!.

Don't get caught up with the time constraints (e!.g!. I must lose X amount of fat before October 24)!. You absolutely can not lose fat quickly in a healthy way!. What will happen is you will malnourish yourself and that will cause even worse problems (bad mood, headache, fatigue, poor performance, and physical problems)!. Taking diet pills is bad news too so just avoid them altogether!.

Notice I didn't talk much about thighs!. That's because there's no need to!. There's no specific exercise that will make you lose fat off of just your thighs!. The way the body works is we all store fat different based upon our genetics!. Personally, my body stores a lot of fat around my stomach!. So the key is to lose the fat in general and the only way to effectively and safely do this is via aerobic (cardiovascular) exercise!.

This is why you'll see people doing 200 crunches per day but they still don't have a 6 pack!. They need to be doing cardio workout and eating correctly to lose the fat covering up their abdominal muscles rather than so many crunches!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
