Treadmill question? walking for 2 hours a day in 30 minute intervals?!


Question: Treadmill question!? walking for 2 hours a day in 30 minute intervals!?
I can currently walk at a fast pace of 6mph for 30 minutes on a treadmill!. If i push myself, i can make it to 45 minutes!.

My question is, how many calories would a 14 year old girl who is 6"0, and 180 pounds lose, if she did 2 hours of 6mph walking, 6 days a week and on every other day, also does 20 minutes of running at 8mph!?!?

First of all, you should be asking your doctor what your ideal weight is!. Also, it depends on how active you are!. Do you play a sport!? You're and ideal height for volleyball!.!.!. Anyways, it also it depends on how much you WANT or SHOULD lose!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, your height may have some to do with the weight have your parent take you to a nutritionist find the right way to lose !. Stay away from fad diets they are good or healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
