How can I gain control of my food habits?!


Question: How can I gain control of my food habits!?
My parents thought I was to thin so I started pigging out!. Nine months later and I went from 92 to 133 pounds!. I can't stop pigging out!. How can I!? I'm fifteen, so I don't get out of the house much!. My parents don't support me, so my house is full of junk food!. Please help!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm a certified health professional in the fields of nutrition and athletic training!. Listen up!.

This will be THE BEST answer you will EVER get in your LIFE on this issue, so listen carefully!. First I will tell you some fundamental rules you need to know, and why your thinking is wrong (unfortunately)!. then, I will tell you some ways to lose weight by what and when and how you eat!. THEN I will tell you some exercises you can do!.

1) calories do NOT matter- it is all relative to the person!.
2) When exercising, don't worry about how many calories you burn, worry about if you pushed yourself to the limit!. If you don't, you MAY lose weight (unhealthily), but you will NEVER get that gisele bundchen sexy body you want!.
3) dont weigh yourself- measure your waistline, and body fat %!.
4) fat weighs LESS than muscle, which is why scales are misleading!.

from now on, you are ONLY drinking 2 drinks:

1) water
2) gatorade

P!.S!. the gatorade is only after your hard workouts, to replenish electrolytes!.

EXERCISING IS THE ANSWER TO LOSING WEIGHT, MORE THAN EATING IS!

however- here are some things you can do/eat to HELP lose weight

1) eat a big breakfast (2 eggs over easy, a small bowl of cereal, water, and a protein shake)- breakfast NEVER goes to belly!. u dont ever sleep with breakfast food in stomach!.

2) eat 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner) with 2 small snacks inbetween!.

3) ALWAYS eat the 5 food groups, and NEVER starve yourself!.

4) NEVER eat fast food, microwaved food, junk food, artificial sweeteners, soda, candy, chips, ice cream, etc!.

5) never eat or drink anything with "lite" or "sugar free" advertised- it WILL have chemical artificial sweeteners (like splenda, which is 3/4 chlorine!) AND NEVER CONSUME CAFFEINE, TAURINE, GINSENG, ETC!.!

6) NEVER eat later than dinner, and never eat dinner later than 7!.

7) get AT LEAST 8!.5 hours of sleep a night!.

8) Eat hot peppers! These will speed up metabolism and make you hungry! so twice a week, eat 2 hot peppers with dinner until your metabolism speeds up (it wont speed up much at ALL, but if u exercise, they are a POTENT COMBINATION!)

9) you NEED to eat meat! The best kinds of meat/protein are, in order: tuna, all other types of fish, eggs, milk, chicken, steak!.

(like I said, all food groups!. the key is to HELP your body, NOT HURT IT BY DOING DIETS THAT GIVE INSUFFICIENT NOURISHMENT!)

10) NEVER overeat; NEVER undereat; ALWAYS eat till you are COMFORTABLE, COMFORTABLY FULL, AND FEEL "DONE"!.

11) eat a SMALLER dinner- EXCEPT make it normal-sized when eating hot peppers- otherwise, you will be hungry and not able to sleep that night well, or you will eat 2 late!.

12) When you eat food, YOU MUST ENJOY IT! The most important part of eating is to savor the food!. You must enjoy it, and think it tastes good, even if it doesn't!. The mindset you have of the food tasting good helps you digest it better, crap it better, and makes it give you more energy, and less of it will potentially go to fat on you!.

13) This is kind of like #12, except: you MUST CHEW your food very well! The food should be COMPLETELY ground up, until its basically a squishy substance with no individual parts, b4 you swallow it!. 50 chews is the average rule, but on some foods it may be more, and some it MAY be less!. (with meats, especially steak, it is MORE than 50 chews) THIS ALSO BURNS CALORIES EASILY AND WORKS UR JAW OUT!

14) Eat NATURAL foods! In a perfect situation, you would shop at wholefoods or some place just like it!. But since it is a little more costly, and most people don't care, then if you MUST go to giant or safeway and get chemically altered beef and homogenized milk, etc etc!.!.!.!.!.!.

then AT LEAST get the best of the worst! get the least of 2 evils! pick the healthiest foods there! and i dont mean what SAYS its the healthiest, or looks healthy- read the ingredients on stuff and make sure its a SHORT list of stuff that isnt long and garbled- if you CANT read it, then either A) its a chemical, or B) you're illiterate!. So yeah, pick stuff with the most natural ingredients and least chemicals available!.

15) TAKE VITAMINS! Vitamins are very healthy for you- but NEVER an overdose, and never unbalanced!. Take ONE multivitamin a day- make sure it doesnt have ginseng or caffeine, like many of them do!. also, if your bones ever feel weak, take calcium/vit D supplements!. That's it- 1 multi-V a day!.

16) get a colonic- check with mom and pops and the doctor to see if you can get one!. it will clean ur colon/butt out, and make ur metabolism faster, and make u healthier and more athletic and feel better!.

You have to be strong!. Take charge of your own eating habits whether your parents support you or not!. Tell them you don't appreciate them having junk food without other healthy options like fruit and vegetables!. If you keep eating whatever they do you will just continue their poor eating habits!. Give them a list of things you would rather have!. If that doesn't work try to earn some money to buy your own groceries like extra cleaning around the house or babysitting in the neighborhood!.
