Lets start with the growing taller!. Examine your age and the genes in your family tree!. Weight won't make you taller!. If most people are short, growing taller is unlikely!. Talk with your doctor about the issue!.

What you can do is cardio which burns alot of fat and top it off with some rigorous exercise!.
