Is it important to stretch/warm-up before/after exercise?!


Question: Is it important to stretch/warm-up before/after exercise!?
This is for weights and cardio!. Should you also keep your weights and cardio days seperate, and if you can't, which should you do first!? Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com

One of our teachers at college with advanced strength training experience said his opinion this!. He said to warm-up before weight training by doing lighter weights first, and then stretching after weight training!. I think it is the same concept for cardio!.
