I am eating less, and eating healthy..so why am i not losing weight?!


Question: I am eating less, and eating healthy!.!.so why am i not losing weight!?
My stomach is looking flatter, and i am eating healthy and less!.!.!.so why dont the scales reflect this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Claire i thought we allready talked about this!? You need to get into the habit of doing daily exercise,it doesnt have to be much,you dont have to run a marathon or anything!.Just start off slowly then the more fit you get start doing more,the time you spend on yahoo answers you could be doing some kind of exercise!.

My regular exercise is martial arts,i go in the back garden everyday for about 30 minutes and practice punching and kicking and some weapons training and then the best of them all "tai chi" i havent been overweight since i was 18 due to my martial arts training!.

I know your unhappy with your weight,you can ask as many questions as you like about diets but its no good without exercise,its hard at first but the more you do it you will wish you had started sooner!.Good luck and i dont want to see anymore diet or weight related questions,i want to see exercise questions : ) You can do it,never give up!.

Getting smaller in size sometimes not in line with losing weight!. If you also exercise, the body muscle will be firmer!. If you are on diet + exercise, you might only lose small amount of weight but your body will be leaner!. I have tried a detox diet and recommend to friends which worked perfectly!. You might want to try if you can take it: for the first 5 days, do not take any carbo or others than fruit only (any fruit, from banana, avocado, apple, etc) and water!. Starting day 6 you can eat anything!. You WILL lose weight and feel lighter and fresher!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you're also exercising then you could be gaining muscle weight!. it ways more than fat but is more compact so you look better!. plus eating healthy is great but you also need portion amounts that will help you in losing weight!. certain things need to be lowered as you lose weight to continue losing!. but it sounds like your diet is working since your stomach is flatter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to exercise!. It's good that you have proper eating habits, but you won't notice a real difference until you exercise!. I'd recommend you do a lot of cardiovascular/aerobic stuff!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
