Question: Need help with my food list that gives me energy!?
Basically, I'm in a baseball team and we run a lot and lately I have been wanting to just fall down because I do not have enough energy!. I research the food that is best to give you energy!. This is what I came up with:
eat banana and orange, one in morning, 10 minutes before practice
carry water in your mouth while running
drink 3 bottles of water before practice
energy drink
3 cartons of milk
yogurt for morning
peanut butter sandwich, carry it to school
protein drinks
chicken
orange juice right before practice and during practice
pasta!? bread

Energy comes from carbohydrates!. Oatmeal, whole wheat bread, fruit, potatoes, and pasta are good sources!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
