Answers:
wow
your plan isnt too healthy
you should have at least 1200 calories a day
not 700!.!.
having to few calories can actually slow down weight loss
it causes your body to kind of!.!. "panic"
and start storing the calories you do take in as fat
you might be having more energy because of this,
you body will start running off the reserves in your body,
if you keep this plan up,
you may end up physically exahasted,
even though you feel fine now

eat more,
and just eat healthy
and its actually healthy to lose about two pounds a week
not much more
if you start losing weright to fast
you can cause some problems in your body

eating as little as you do,
it almost sounds like you may be on the road to an eating disorder
(just thought i would point it out)

you should eat around 4-6 SMALL, HEALTHY meals a day
drink lots of water,
and keep working uot
you should be good to go
you may not lose weight as fast as you would like,
but you will aty least be doing it healthy
good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
