im 13, turning 14 next month!.
5'4" 120 pounds, i'd like to lose the ten pounds i gained this summer :| i went from a size 0 to a 1 and i wanna go back to 0!. and i want to get rid of my muffin tops :| also my mom said i have a little cellulite but not a lot!. is there anything i can do to get rid of this shiz!? i have a small frame i'm not wide so i'm not anorexic or anything!. yeah so is there any way i can lose weight and have fun at the same time!? :|Www@Answer-Health@Com

so basically i had the same problem, but i did a life guarding Program to help me!. we did 70 crunches (sit ups) 500 push ups and we ran and swam two miles!. I also ate a really good breakfast, a bowl of cereal, with a spoonful of low fat peanut butter for protein, and i had a small lunch!. A tortilla with cheese and turkey, and carrots on the side!. I also had a small snack of fruit when i got home and then i had a small dinner! good luck and don't work too hard because when i was doing this i went from being 5 8 at 126 lbs to 5 8 at 107 lbs and now my doctor is mad at me!.!.!.so just eat healthy and exercise!
