Anything i can do to help me get in shape..with not alot of room at my house and!

Sure there is!.

1) Push-ups--Perhaps the best upper body exercise of all time!. Works Arms, back, shoulders, chest, and stabilizer abs and obliques!.
2) Sit-ups, Crunches, Leg Lifts - Good for Abs and Obliques!.
3) Get a pair of dumbbells for arm curls/chest presses/delt raises!.!.etc!. Don;t worry about a bench if u are pressed for space, just use the floor!.
4) Isometric Exercising-- Believe it or not!.!. Isometric exercises ARE beneficial!. ( Pressing against a wall with your hands/heels!. etc!.

Just remember!.!.!.!. your imagination is the only thing holding you back!. Try bodybuilding!.com !. They seem to have a lot of exercise videos online and you may find a "Calisthenics only" partWww@Answer-Health@Com

If it's body building you're looking at then a set of dumbells will do just fine!. With one set of dumbells you can do french curls for the triceps!.!.!.
You can do concentration curls for the biceps!.!.!.you can do flies for the pecs!.!.!.you can do wrist rolls for wrist strength!.!.!.you can do shrugs for the deltoids!.!.!.and you can even hold the dumbells for deep knee bends!.
By using dumbells you can eliminate the longer bulky bar used on a bench and you can use the bells for so many different other routines!. You can go for hi reps to get that wirey kind of muscle strength or you can do low reps of higher weight to get bulk!.
