Question: I am a 14 year old, that is 128 pounds, at 5ft 2in is that over weight!?

According to your BMI (Body Mass Index) you're not overweight but I personally think that your body fat percentage is more important!. Also you're almost overweight (according to your BMI) so you might want to change your eating habits!. To have your body fat percentage calculated you could just search "body fat percentage calculator" but it's more reliable to ask a doctor or go to a gym (some gyms do this)!.

The easiest way to lose tummy fat is to do cardio work outs (there is no way to target where you lose fat though) every other day and then do stomach muscle excercises every other day!. You could do this on the weekend too!. You can't just do muscle exercises since there'd be a layer of fat covering all your hard job!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well im 14 , 5 feet , 98 pounds, i don't really know how height and weight goes but, just a guess your probably fine!. But if you do want to lose weight then just stop eating fast food, but not totally just less, like one a week, and stort to eat whole wheet bread, try only like 2,000 calories a day and watch your sugar intake!. and you could even start to take walkes like 10min a day!.

Your ideal weight would be 110 lbs so below 90 lbs or above 130 lbs could be regarded as underweight or overweight!. Your weight is OK but you must endeavour to remain below 130 lbs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
