Is eating alot of cereal healthy?!


Question: Is eating alot of cereal healthy!?
I eat a bowl of Fruity Pebbles at least twice a day and sometimes 4 times!. Is this healthy or is it too much!? I'm just wondering!.!.bc I luv Fruity Pebbles!. But I also eat others too!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

This is not healthy!. Too much sugar and carbohydrates!. You need to eat more vegetables and lean protein, not to mention whole grains!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No eating a lot of cereal is not healthy!.Fruity pebbles has too much sugar, probably 120 calories per MEASURED serving!.Your saying you eat it about 4 times a day sometimes that's 120x 4!. Which is 480 calories,just for the basic cereal!.I'm guessing you eat it with milk,because cereal in my opinion needs milk!. Now my milk is 2% and its 110 calories per measured serving which is 1 cup for me!.(that adds 110x4)You say you eat other cereals too,so i don't know if all of them are loaded with sugar!.My sister told me you shouldn't eat more than 20 grams of sugar a day,I'm not sure if this is true!.But it probably is because my sister is cool like that!. As well almost everyone is always saying too much of something is always bad!.Don't worry though there are healthy cereals that do have a lot of sugar but I guess they make up for it with the other things they have like vitamins /proteins!. One of my favorites would be Cinnamon Toast crunch and the box says it is also healthy even with the heaps of sugar that coat it!.Go for general mills sugar if you want sugar!.If you are set for a diet go for Cheerios or get the special k cereal that has chocolate(its freaking awesome) as for me I try to avoid buying cereal daily because I can't control myself especially with that smores cereal which I don't buy anymore because I have to control sugar amounts :'(Www@Answer-Health@Com

i dont think that eating a lot of cereal is a bad thing, but you have to watch out for the really high sugared ones, like captain crunch!. i heard that cereal over time can actually damage your teeth significantly!. most cereal is just carbs!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
