Question: If i do this excerisce everyday!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. easy 10 points!?
can i get a better abs
and thinner thighs

walk up and down stairs AT LEAST 8 times a day!.(4 floor)
200 crunches
200 leg lifts(each leg seperate)
20 pushups
and 14-1500 calories a day
not much junk food(to hard to cut them all lol)

im 14
5/8
165 pounds
i look thin
but im not lol
most of it is in my butt
hahahaha
size8-9 in jeans(us)
