to gain muscle you need to eat alot of protein this means including protein in every meal you eat for example fish, chicken, beef, steaks, eggs, milk!. by doing this you will preserve the muscle you gain from weightlifting and also eat plenty carbs such as bread, pasta, rice and oatmeal!. when lifting weights try to lift weights you can manage and do 3 - 4 sets of 8 - 10 repetitions per set this way you will build muscle!. gd luck :) Www@Answer-Health@Com
