Hello Everyone! I Was Fasting Because Of Ramadan & Today I Ate At: 7:35pm! I Ate: plate full of white rice, white meat chicken, steamed green bell pepper & steamed carrots! I Also Had Salad(has one garlic clove, canola oil & lemon juice) !. Then I Drank A Cup Of Hawiian Orange Ocean Juice! And I Ate Dessert Which Was 2 Cookies(southbeach diet cookies; 2 cookies=100 calories) !. Now Ive Waited & I Want A Smoothie Now!. I Told You What I Ate Below So You Can Tell Me A Healthy Yet Yummy & Low-cal Smoothie; what can I make!? I Have:
- skim milk
-ice cubes/crushed ice
- maple syrup
- honey
- a little plain "Honey Bunches Of Oats" (cereal)
- Go! Lean Crunch(cereal)
- whip cream(NOT lite)
- choco!. chip morsels
- frozen bananas
- one bag of frozen fruit, it has: frozen peaches, red grapes, pineapple, mango, & strawberries
- Another bag of frozen fruit, It has: raspberries & blackberries!
- LOWFAT vanilla yogurt
- gogurt tubes(70 cal!. each; strawberry & cotton-candy flavor)
- Welch's Mango Twist Fruit Juice Cock-tail from Concerntrate
- Pink Lemond
- Welch's White Grape Peach Juice Cock-tail from Concertrate
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- Peach Cobbler Ice-cream
- Salted Peanuts
- Hawiian Punch (orange ocean)

So, What Healthy Smoothie Can I Make Now That Is Low-calorie!

every week my dad and i make a fruit smoothie which consists of 2 cups low fat plain yogurt, 2 cups 100% fruit juice, and a few cups of random fruits (i!.e!. strawberries, an apple, blueberries, etc)!. it lasts us about a week!. it's low in calories but high in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals so it is good for you!. plus, it's pretty filling!.

so based on the things you have, you can pretty much make the smoothie my dad and i make wtih your yogurt, frozen fruit, and welchs white grape peach juice!. good luck!. i wouldn't recommend putting cereal or ice cream in your smoothie since cereal probably wouldn't taste very good and ice cream wouldn't make it healthy!.

im sorry i don't know how to make it for just one serving!. if i had to guess, i would say maybe like 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup fruit, and 1/2 cup fruit juice!. but that may even be more than you want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
