Question: How do I get Back In shape!?!?!? Help!!!!?
I have been working out for like 1!.5 years now and I consider my self to be in pretty good shape!. The problem is I have been in college for the past month now and I have gained some weight!. Before that I was pretty ripped and had a six pack!. I went to the gym about four times a week and ate considerably healthy!. Now I look in the mirror and I'm starting to lose some definition and definitely getting a flabby gut!. I don't know how many pounds I have gained because there is no scale here but before I left I was a very lean 135!. It looks like at least 10 pounds!. The problem is its disgusting to me and its very hard to eat healthy!. The dining hall is pretty much a buffet and it seems I always get way too much food!. At home I barely ate 3/4 of a plate!. Here I get like 2 or 3!. Its very hard for me because at home I would eat many small healthy things through out the day and a small dinner of what ever my mom made!. Here its like I have to gorge myself 2 or 3 times day to stay full!. I have been going to the gym here like 3 days a week and running at least 2 miles when I go but I'm still getting fat!. I'm going on a diet on Monday of limiting my self to one plate instead of taking a tray!. Does anyone else have any suggestions or tips because I'm so pissed of at my self for letting me get like this that I was considering buying a bottle of hydroxycut the other day!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I understand man totally!. College really doesn't lend itself to losing weight or staying healthy!. I was in the same boat with meals!. Since i didn't exactly have the same access I did at home to healthy meals and most of the meals that were prepared on the college meal were never satisfying enough and left me starving, i would always gorge myself like twice a day on the buffets!. It made me really slothish and tired most of the time from consuming large amounts of calories at one meal!. Fortunately for me, i probably worked out more than i studied so i stayed in really good shape and didn't gain weight from fat!. One thing that you are doing right is limiting yourself at the buffet line!. eat only till your hunger is satisfied!. that means slowing down and listening to you body!. you don't have to eat everything at the buffet!. I know its tempting because food is soo good, but im sure they will make the food again and you will be able to try something new!.
If you're exercising regularly, it sounds like your diet is the only thing that needs a little tweaking though!. so, don't stuff yourself at meals!. drink mostly water, but every once in a while you can treat yourself to a soda!. i personally don't really drink soda, never have!. my parents never really let me have it so i have no problem not drinking it to this day!. (thanks mom) one last thing!.!.!.the alcohol!. cut back on the beer! im sorry man but its so bad for your body in terms of weight loss!. so choose your drinking wisely!. if your drinking just to get drunk anyway why not just do the shots!. throwing down a 24 pack on natural lite with your buddies will surely lead to disgusting belly!. good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

just choose to eat the good healthy food with low GI to keep you full so you wont wanna eat alot!. with exercise - RUN - its the best way to burn off the fat you talkin about and hit the gym if u wanna!. hopefully u can find atleast 1/2 hr a day for exercise good luck man!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
