Question: How do you get rid of baby-faat!? AT HOME excercises!.!?
uugh!. i'm like, so lazy so i'm not gunna run!. >!.<

You lose "baby fat" with in the first five years of growing!. What you have is plain out fat!. Not "baby fat," but out right ice-cream, Doritos, chocolate cake after eating a plate of fried chicken fat!.

Best thing to do is improve you diet first!. Then look into why you don't want to run!. Usually people who start off a question with how lazy they are really aren't looking for people to tell them how to get healthy!. They are instead looking for people to tell them that it is OK and not everyone can be in great shape and to just be happy with yourself!.

You have to be not lazy to burn fat lol, exert effort to look good!. Healthy diet and calorie deficit of 500 (from BMR + how much you burn from exercise)!. Situps don't burn fat, they only work the muscle, but no one will see it if you have fat hiding them!.

Do cardio around 30-60 minutes daily, you can do a bunch of different stuff: running, jogging, walking, swimming (best imo), dancing, (shadow) boxing, jump rope, it doesn't have to be boring, and find someone else to do it with you so you don't get bored!. It's hard since you're lazy right now, but you'll feel good about how you worked for it, reduced stress, less boredom, live longer/better, more work ethic/ambition, and you won't be lazy any more either!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The quickest way to burn fat is cardio!.!.!.that doesn't mean you have to necessarily run!. You could just dance around for like 20 minutes or even do some jumping jacks!. Anything that's gonna get your heartrate going!. I do about 30 minutes of cardio everyday and about 40 situps every other day along with the same amount of lunges and like 20 pushups!.!.!.leave a day in between so your muscles can heal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

when you burn fat it burns a little from everywhere!.
so you can walk, run , ride a bike, or the best way of burining fat swim!.
