im sure 30 minutes would be fine, especially if you do it most days of the week!. Drink water, drink water, drink water! Your body will thank you for it! Eat a good breakfast if possible (this is where you get your brain juice for the rest of the day, include fats, like sausage, bacon etc!.!.!. and eat alot of fruit(great for snacks throughout the day!)!. as for the fitness part, check with your local YMCA, getting a membership isnt that much!. Then a fitness class or two!. I personally tried yoga while i was home on leave (with my wife) and I loved it! Plus the people are usually genuinely nice and supportive!. After a few weeks of getting over the hump, and the soreness, youll notice changes in energy and your mood! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start slow!. Taking things in too fast will only disappoint you!.

You have a good plan already!. Walking is the best aerobic exercise!. Walk up and down a stairs if you can!. And try making it progressive!. Start with two levels (or floors or flights) then move one level a week!.

And always check on your doctor!. Before things get serious for you physically!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well!.!. unless your really determined, I doubt the 5 a!.m!. plan will follow through!. Have you ever tried yoga!? You should talk to your parents about getting you a yoga dvd you can just do after school!. those build strength, flexibility and and can help reduce stress!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
