How do you run/jog without losing breath within the first five minutes?!


Question: How do you run/jog without losing breath within the first five minutes!?
Just curious to know if there was some way to not completely lose breath as soon as I start jogging!. All my friends say that they too run out of breath soon but they're able to continue running!. I can not continue running when I lose my breath!. I do pace myself too!. Do I need to drink more water!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

It takes a while to strengthen your lungs, start off running for 5 minutes, then when you start to feel short of breath take a break and walk until you have caught your breath again, then run again for 5 keep doing this and eventually youll be able to go for 7 minutes with out getting short of breath so on and so forth!. Sometimes you have to build endurance, especially if you do not usually run or play sports!. Make sure you stretch first, you don't want muscle cramps, run at a slower pace and gently build up to a faster jog, when you feel out of breath slow down and even walk a little with your arms over your head (this helps open your lungs) Try breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth as well so you do not hyperventilate!. Eventually you will build your endurance and will be able to run for longer periods of time, I used to die running even a block and it sucked but I kept at it and can run 5miles without having to stop!.
