Question: Ineed a workout routine!?
Okay so I am 13 and I really need a way to lose weight!. I just went off track for the whole month of October and I want to come back to school looking good!. I want to bring my whole entire body weight down at least 10 pounds I am about 5' 5, 5' 6" maybe 5' 7" and about 135 pounds!. The thing that I reall hate is i have moobs!. I'm otherwise healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well it depends on how many push ups and sit ups you can do, but think of all the exercises you know and do them every day!. Run a little bit too, just to get your breathing back into shape and if you do it every day you will improve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
You do NOT need to lose weight!. If you want to tone up use weights and walk 30- 60 minutes every day!. Eat low fat, low sodium healthy meals and snacks to stay healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
