Wow that is very dedicated, and will definitely work!. The only thing I would change would be the mcdonalds!. Their salads aren't very healthy!. (I read in a newspaper that it was very close to being labeled a dessert because of the sugar content!) Maybe a salad or sandwich from a supermarket would be better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are looking for a good diet and fitness program I really like the new Strip That Fat diet, it is top rated at http://www!.dietandfitnessreviews!.com

You really should eat more protein!. Low fat or fat free yogurt, milk, and cheeses are low in calories and are good sources of protein and calcium, which you should be consuming!. You could also try egg whites or egg substitute!. Also eating small snacks between meals is helpful!. It keeps you from binging, keeps your blood sugar stable, and helps boost your metabolism!. Try ditching the dressing on those salads instead of ditching the meat!. Try making your own salads!. Buying a bag of prewashed lettuce and a few additions is just as easy and cheap as going to mcdonalds, but will offer you more variety and probably be better for you!. Make sure not to cut your calories too severely or you will only do more damage than good!. Your BMI is in the healthy range from the stats you posted!. It sounds like you probably want to focus on toning!. You might also like to try doing a workout like Taebo!. Taebo Amped is a good cardio and toning workout!. It comes with an "amplifier bar" to use while doing the taebo moves!. They have a box set of a few different DVDs and the bar for around $35-$40!. I found mine at Target, but they also sell on amazon!.com and a lot of other places on the web!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
