Hi!.

Well, there are a couple options:

1) Get Casein protein instead of Whey ( Casein is absorbed more slowly than Whey and will "time release" throughout the night!.)

If I were you I would try:

1/2c Cottage Cheese, 1 scoop of your whey, 1c milk, 1/3 cup vanilla ice cream, 1/3 ice and fruit of your choice ( banana is what I use)

Will make it a LOT better!. The little bit of Ice cream in there won't affect the fat content enough to worry about it!. Besides, you will burn calories while your body emulsifies the fats!.

Hope this helps!.!.!.

Cc tastes pretty bad at first, but as long as you add something, you don't really taste it!. I felt like I was going to throw up after eating cc + pb for like the first 2-3 weeks of it and now I can eat it straight out of the tub!.

I have pretty much the same thing before bed, but I have choclate whey + pb, it comes out more like pudding though unless you add more milk!. tastes amzing, like pudding that isn't bad for you lolWww@Answer-Health@Com

itll taste funny because of the combined cottage cheese & peanut butter!. it sounds healthy, but idk about the taste!.

btw, healthy drinks arent usually good!.

haha, joe what happened to your avatar!?! it got all animated!Www@Answer-Health@Com
