I'm 13, 130 pounds, and 5' 5". How do I lose 20 pounds?!


Question: I'm 13, 130 pounds, and 5' 5"!. How do I lose 20 pounds!?
I have a lot of tummy, leg, and arm fat!. How do I lose this weight!? I want to lose it in about 3 months!. I have already started eating healthier foods and smaller portions!. I don't drink soda, just water!. I've also started playing tennis and running about 2 times a week on the treadmill!. What am I doing right and wrong!? Any suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are at a good weight for your age and height!. you may also have a growth spurt at some point so dont lose weight!. playing tennis and running on the treadmill is awesome and will improve your health regardless of weight!. at 5 foot 5 and 110 lbs you will be too skinny!. doctors recommend that for every inch above 5 foot you add 5 lbs to 100!. so a person who is 5 foot 5 should weigh 100 lbs + (5 inches x 5 lbs) =
125 lbs!.
therefore 130 is nothing to worry about!. you are perfectly healthy!.

edit: the other people are idiots!. swimming doesnt make you taller and a growing kid shouldnt eat only 1200 calories!. your brain, organs, and muscles are still growing!. you need more than 1200 calories or your body will not function properly regardless of weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your doing everything right!.
i would suggest counting your calories and
eating no more than 1200 a day, but dont eat less
than that either, cus u might pass out!.
you sound like you dont need to lose weight, but if u want to

try swimming not only does it make you taller but it really exercises your stomach really well!.!.!.i have know ppl who do swim and they lost weight and they gained abs!Www@Answer-Health@Com
