How to get off junky food and drinks?!


Question: How to get off junky food and drinks!?
i need to loose weight, and i will be working out, but i can't seem to stop drinking sodas and eating junk food!. i don't like vegetables, or fruits, but i do eat them!.!.!.!. not as much as i should!. any help or suggestions on how to get off them!? i want to look good and be healthierWww@Answer-Health@Com

stop buying the bad foods!. Cut out the trash one piece at a time, else you'll feel deprived and go right back to them!. It'll take about 2-3 weeks for your cravings to go away, so be ready for it!. Carry a bottle of water with you wherever you go, then you have something to drink and won't buy soda (and you'll save some cash) I cut out soda, and now, if I sip from someones cup, the sugar is too much for me and I get a head ache!. After the first 3 weeks, you won't miss the soda!. I promise you that!.

As for the junk food!. I don't believe in cutting it out all together, but maybe you ought to treat it as a reward rather than a requirement!. If you do well with your diet all week, treat yourself to a candy bar, or a small bag of chips!. After a while, like the soda, you won't crave these things as much as you do now!. You just have to WANT to stop eating it!.

As you get away from the exciting foods you will feel more satisfied for longer periods of time!. So eat what you know is good for you and you will feel better, but if you eat that which you know is not best your desires for the best will be spoiled!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
