how many calories will i lose !?
would it even burn any fat at all!?
how many calories are in a kilo!?

Sit-ups, or abdominal crunches, are best done as part of a balanced exercise program to enhance your fitness for other activities!. So just don't do that, do other things such as jogging and bike riding!. Ipods or mp3 players always make these more fun:D lol

Doing crunches and sit-ups really doesn't burn many calories!. It's probably around an extra calorie or two per every few crunches you do; at least, not compared to running and stuff!. But the actual amount of calories burned depends on your body weight, age, exercises habits, etc!. It doesn't hurt to do them though!.

I think it would burn fat, but muscle will replace that fat!.

There is 1000 calories in a kilo!.
