Aiight, how does this sound ?!

Question: Aiight, how does this sound !?
I'm going to go on a diet cos i need to lose about 10 kilos D:

Anyway, i was thinking on the first day, i eat a boiled egg, 2 slices of brown bread, and a medium sized lettuce salad with just lemon juice salt and pepper for breakfast!.
for lunch a sandwich, brown bread, lettuce, carrot and olives !?
dinner, a light salad or just an 2 boiled eggs !.
i would be drinking about 12 glasses of water (medium size) throughout the day and doing 100 crunches, 300 skipping (uh, i dont know how to put it xD, but with a skipping rope, jumping 300 times!? lolol) or maybe more, depending on how much i feel i can do !. 75 star jumps and 20 pushups !.
day 2 a fruit and yoghurt milkshake, a boiled egg, brown bread !.
lunch, light salas, brown bread
dinner, an apple and a mandarine, light salad !.
same exercise !.
and this will go on the same all through out the week with variations of food, all healthy, no things like pasta or chocolate !.
same exercises, but increasing everything i do by 5 and jogging for 4 hours through out the week !.
drinking lots of water too !.
how does this sound!?
and how long do you think it would take on this diet to lose 10-15 kilos !?

What you really should be doing is spending a good two weeks writing down every piece of food and every drink in your normal diet!. Add your calories up, average your per day amounts, and see what you roughly consume on a typical day!. Two weeks sounds like a lifetime, I'm sure, before actually starting your diet, but remember that fat doesn't grow overnight and it took a long time to get it!.

Now, your question is worded in that you want to lose weight, but I have a feeling that you want to lose some fat!. A good idea for you, is don't look at a scale!. It may make you feel a little better inside initially in a few weeks, but when you look in the mirror and it's the same basic thing, will you be happier!?

Your diet is going to be one of the most important things to your success!. If your daily caloric intake is higher than that of what you need in your day, slowly, and overtime start cutting down calories in your regular diet!. But don't forget if you are going to be doing another 400-500 calories of working out, you're going to need those calories for energy!. Two of the most common problems are that people just cut out calories and think that they will lose fat, and the people that actually start exercising do not get enough calories or protein in their diet!.

When you're tearing your muscles apart working out you need proteins so that your body can rebuild them!. And we do not always need to like high in fat red meats or fried forms of chicken!. Look at grilled chicken, tuna(Although, watch out how much you consume daily, high methyl-mercury), or even beans as a wonderful protein source!.

Try to cut out poor forms of calories from your body like highly processed sugars and fats!. You are obviously ready to eat more fruits and vegetables which is a wonderful thing!. And in the yogurt you have planned, try to get plain yogurt, most of the yogurts, even the fat free varieties, are LOADED in processed sugar!. And even if you want to add a teaspoon on your own sugar, it will taste fine and have way less sugar than what comes from a bought package!.

The only problem I see with your diet is that it seems you are looking to lose the weight as fast as you can by cutting out your calories and increasing your bodies workload!. It's a recipe for a failure!. If you follow through with that, sure enough you will lose weight!. The problem is you are going to be losing muscle not fat, and overtime after your diet is over you have a high probability of GAINING fat!. With too little protein in your diet, as your body breaks down your muscles from working out it will not be able to rebuild them after your workout!. So sure enough you will lose weight, but not what you want!.

And definitely make sure you are getting enough carbohydrates in your diet!. Don't be afraid of them!. Getting too few will impair you and your brain!. Also, too few will result in your brain breaking down the proteins for your muscles to use as its own energy!.

Let's see if I can make this easier!.!.!.!.Don't just cut all your calories, get enough to do the work you need in the day!. Make sure you get enough protein, especially after workouts!. Don't fear carbohydrates!. If you are truly looking to lose fat, know that it will take some time!. Eat some healthier foods and enjoy a longer healthier life!. =:-DWww@Answer-Health@Com

i dont know how Royce can call this a fad diet!. it seems to me that you are describing a healthy life style!. the only suggestion i have is that if the exercise is a drastic change from your usual activity level, then workup to it gradually!. as for the time element; what's the hurry if you are consistent and find a life style change that you can stay with!. best of luck!. count your calories
that is really the best way to control your weight
and it's a lot easier than you might think if you haven't tried

you only don't know if the menu you mentioned is good
because you don't know how many calories are in it
and how many calories you've been eating or should be eating

below are a couple of sites which are great for figuring out how many calories are in the food you're eating

You should reduce your bread intake for day1 breakfast!. You should be having 1 fistfull of carbs (E!.g 1 slice of bread) per meal!. Also, I suggest increasing the exercize load!.
I did almost what you did (with the tweaks I stated) and lost 10kg in 1-1!.5months!. Perfectly healthy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds good, you should see results within a month!.
(most diets take a month to two months to work)
good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds awesome! I may just have to join you!Www@Answer-Health@Com

that sounds good, but i have a better idea!.

make a list of things to buy at the store!. just write down some things to get!.
i suggest:
-wheat bread!.
-lunch meat (ham or turkey, no balogna or anything)
-lettuce
-FRUITS AND VEGGIES!!!
-eggs
-yogurt
-chicken (for dinner and things)
-things for salad, maybe a pre-made salad (without dressing on!. rashion your own amounts of dressing)

every day, make yourself sandwhiches!. eat fruits and veggies after the sandwhich until you're not hungry!. that's the best, most healthy way to go about dieting with food!. it works for me!.

u sound good on exercising, but i do it differently!.
i usually do this:
-run to warm up
-to 20 sit-ups, 20 push-ups, and then do a balancing exercise and hold for 30 seconds!.

every day i add on 5!.

i change the type of exercises i do when my sports change throughout the year!. i usually do this for soccer, along with more leg exercises and a LOT more running!.

and the longer you keep up these excercises, the better you'll build your endurance!.

good luck!
( i know you may not like the way i do this, but this is what works for me!. i don't actually know if it will be better for you!. sorry! )Www@Answer-Health@Com
