Answers:
First of all, Protein is only good if you are able to exercise it off, and you need it for health, otherwise it just turns to fat!. Fat grams should be avoided whenever necessary!. Judging by the average serving size of yogurt, I will assume that that isn't too bad for you, but the sugar is rather high!. I wouldn't really recommend eating that as often as other yogurts!. As far as calories go, though, that's pretty fine!. The carbs seem rather high though, so I would avoid that yogurt!. There's plenty of alternatives which are just as good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most yogurts are a healthy choice!. By healthy choice I mean better than a candy bar!.

All products have up sides and down sides!.

Yogurt, as you can see, has 4g fat, 169 mg sodium, 43g sugar, and 10g protein!. Now, protein is what most people who work out look at!. Protein is the highlight of the nutrition facts table!. The thing is, if you are not using this protein, it just gets passed through the body, works the kidneys, and along with the sugar generates fat!. Sodium doesn't help either!.

BUT yogurt, as i said, is a healthy choice!. Its better than eating nothing, and its definitely better than eating a candy bar!. Eat it as a snack if you want, its a HEALTHY CHOICE!. But don't eat excessive amounts of them if you dont need the protein/carbs etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

For yogurt, it's fattening, but what are you comparing it to!? How many calories does that other thing have!? A whole apple has fewer!.

Try low-fat or non-fat yogurt to save a few!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
