What kind of advice can you offer to a recovering anorexic?!

Question: What kind of advice can you offer to a recovering anorexic!?
Heres my story!.!.!.
I am 13 years old!. This recent summer I have been eating substantially smaller amounts and doing quite a lot of walking (no running at all, just walking about 2-3 miles a day along with a step machine)!. Up till around 2 weeks ago, I was still only eating 400-600 calories a day and walking about 3 miles along with more exercise from the step machine!. My parents have obviously been worried and making efforts to change my habits, but after taking a physical appt!. last friday I was sent to the emergency room for having a pulse rate at 35!. I spent the weekend there up till monday and made me eat probably around 2000 calories a day (boost drinks if I couldn't finish meals and snacks)!. I have been home since monday (6 days so far) and am still constantly fighting the thoughts that come back!. I want to recover and have been eating more than I normally do however I still feel I am not eating enough for the basic calorie needs and have been struggling the thoughts of anorexia that keep coming back!. I used to be 115 pounds or so around the age of 12, and now am 5 ft 2 inches with a weight of about 75 pounds!. This whole week I have been doing absolutely no exercise however and sticking to that (literally just sitting around), but I feel I just need some supporting thoughts!. After hearing my story, what can you tell me!? Will this turn out to be helpful in the long run or have I damaged my metabolism so much!? My periods also stopped for the past 3 months!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

First, the Cailyn P answer is probably a virus but you probably knew that!.

What happened damaged your body quite a lot but you could probably recover pretty well since you are only 13!. Just always eat twice as much as your friends (since they probably are watching their weight), eat healthy, and trust the judgment of your parents when it comes to your body as with other things!. Go to a doctor to see how you are doing every once in a while and remember, being a little flabby is not a bad thing at all!. Just be healthy and you could always slim down when you are older!. Ignore those stupid magazines with bony models and photoshopped pictures!. You can totally get through this!. Just be tough and, again, trust your parents!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
