Okay I know I'm fat.......?!


Question: Okay I know I'm fat!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!?
I want to lose it because now i'm getting really scared that the long term effects are setting in , just so you know I'm 5ft7in and 290, yet i'm only sixteen, and I know i got this way from eating but, I eat the same amount of food that all my regular sized friends eat, and recently i've been getting more active!. just how can I speed up the process of weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow, I'm in the same boat as you!.
Here's some ideas to help you!.!.

Firstly, cut down on any extra added sugar and salt!. Don't drink soft drink and if you do, make it rarely!. Cut down on carbs!. You need a certain amount, but even it out through out the day!. Eat brown rice and bread instead of white!. If you do use sugar, use raw sugar!. Um!.!. Try cutting things out with white flour in them!. Eat breakfast every morning, and eat reguarly!. Like 3 meals and a snack in between each one!. A snack doesn't have to be something big, just like a few slices of apple or a handful of grapes or even a couple of crackers!. But crackers aren't that good!. I eat these rice crackers that are made of brown rice but you can't tell, they're so good and you can get all sorts of flavours!. They've got hardly any carbs!. 1 has about 5g and fills me up between meals!. Try drinking more water to fill you up aswell!. Don't eat in front of the tv when you do!. When you have extra energy, go for walks!. If you get cravings for say chocolate, try drinking a small glass of chocolate milk!. If you feel like pizza, make a homemade version but with a different kind of flour and low fat cheese, etc!. Try cutting down on how much meat you eat aswell!. There's so much more I could tell you, but that's enough!.

just keep getting more active
start walking maybe after dinner or something
if you have a dog take it!
dogs are amazing workout partners
if not,
maybe just have another friend go with you
having a work out partner,
helps to keep you motivated

start eating healthier
you may eat the same amount as your friends,
but considering you've already said your over weight
you metabolism might be a little slower!.!.

try eating like, 4-6 healthy, smaller portioined meals everyday
make sure you eat a good breakfast too
they say its the most important meal of the day,
cuz it is
lol
it gets your metabolism started right away for the day
and will give you more energy for the day as well,
your main goal should be to burn more calories then you take in!.


some healthy foods,
that actually taste good,
(and have a little fewer calories)
are things like!.!.
airpopped popcorn
(unbuttered, unsalted)
diet drinks instead of regular,
green tea,
WATER,
steamed vegitables
with garlic,
(instead of butter or cheese sauce)
raw fruits, berries and veggies as well,
(try some different kinds, like, kiwis,or plums, or mango, or dragonfruit instead of the usual!.!.apple and bananas [ although those are still good too, just add some variety])
switch to skim milk,
dont be fulled my labels,
just because it says "healthy" or "light"
doesnt mean it!.
check the nutritions facts, for calories, fats, ect!.!.
nuts, (cashews, walnuts, almonds etc!.!.)
try adams peanut butter in stead of regular,
(its the all natural kind)
try and avoid fast food all together
rarely can you find somethign actually good for you there
even the salads are filled with un healthy things
when eating out,
try for a grilled chicken rather the breaded
or veggie instead of french fries,
maybe try a turkey burger instead of regular burger
(turkey had fewer calories, and is better for you)
