I stopped eating for awhile....?!


Question: I stopped eating for awhile!.!.!.!.!?
I cut my calorie intake to five hundred calories a day and two to three hours of exercise!. I wanted to hide this from my family and we went out for chinese !. When i ate a little bit of it I got really sick !.My head and stomach had sharp shooting pains and I started puking!. Is their something medically wrong with me !? or is my body just rejecting the food!? It was about an hour after I ate and no I didn't make myself vomit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body is rejecting food most likely nothing is wrong exactly except your basically starving yourself which isn't a good way to lose way it's highly unhealthily physically and mentally!.!.!. i've been there
listen starting eating a little more each day take it slow until your back to eating properly!.

If you have been restricting yourself to 500 calories a day then you have been starving yourself!. When you do that for a while you can most definitely get sick when you try to eat normally again!. Even if you only ate a bit of the chinese food it was still probably more fat and grease then you have had in your system for a while!. You need to eat healthier because by starving yourself you will only make things worse!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you do not have a medical condition!. your body wasn't used to eating so much food, esp!. fat, that is why you were experiencing the stomach pain!.

An extremely-low caloried diet is not a healthy one, and it will not work in the long run because your body will go into starvation mode, so when you do eat, your body stores the fat in a way that is much harder for you to lose it again!.

well from what it sounds like im sure everyone is concerned about you!. i bet it is becasue of the lack of food always in the stomach and over exercising!. Maybe you should talk to a doctor because it may develope into something life threateningWww@Answer-Health@Com

Considering your body probably needs at least 1,000 calories a dayto function with no movement whatsoever, and your taking in 500 and working out on top of that, yes you have a problem!. You need to see a doctor immediately!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just make yourself eat more often!.!.!.drink some protein shakes along with your diet!. you should at least eat three times a day!. um ya!.!.!.what you did is really not healthy and now you need to get back to normal!.!.!.so just eat!Www@Answer-Health@Com
