Thigh toning and slimming..?!


Question: Thigh toning and slimming!.!.!?
I'm pretty unhappy with the way that my thighs look!. I would like it very much if i could slim them down, but unfortunately I really have no idea how to do so!. I know that cardio is the only way to lose fat, so i will start to do more of that!. But as for toning of the thigh and butt area, i need some help!.

Keep your diet as clean as possible, lay off the junk and do not eat after 8:00pm!. Drink 12 cups of water every day!.

To lose the fat you need to exercise, but remember that walking is also cardio!. It is easy to do, aim for 45minutes a day and go from there!. Most will lose 1-2lbs a week!. So, depending on how much fat you need to lose, it could take time!.
