good question!.!.!. to keep you fit 24hrs means walk up early morning and try to do jogging or walking or do yoga!. first be free in your thoughts and make your soul fresh and always try to motive your self (thats call self motivation)!. never loss your confidence and take break fast, lunch and dinner in time!. that means

Break fast---- finish it before 8:30 am
Lunch ---- finish it before 2 pm
Dinner ----- finish it before 8:30 pm

and take the food according to session dear, that means!.!.!.!. morning you take average quantity of food and at lunch time you need to take more food and at dinner time you need to take like bagger(small quantity of food)!.!.!. that make you always fit!.!.!. and sleep before 11pm anddo not sleep late!.!.!. have a nice day!.!.!. keep your self fit always!.!.!. all the best!.!. bye Www@Answer-Health@Com

Have positive thoughts about being healthy!. Pointless doing everything right to your body if you do not start with positive thoughts like, "I am gorgeous and beautiful', 'I am slim and wonderful', or 'I have a great physique'!. If you begin with your mind, you will bring those thoughts into being as you work steadily towards your goal!. You won't be trying to keep healthy while thinking negatively about it!. I have reached the age of 70 and I am keeping same weight i!.e 60kgs, chest, hips when I was in college i!.e!. 21 years of age!.I never smoke or drink and do not take any of meat products!. Gets up early before 5 a!.m!. a little prayer to all mighty God there on bed it self I go for natural call and I take cool shower bath, go out for morning walk-now I walk but earlier I use to jog!. On return at home I take a cu of black coffee!. I have never fallen any serious illness, have no history of heart, lung, kidney, frosted or any problem!. In fact I have never been to Hospital for my treatment!. This is the way I keep fit, I do not yours symptons!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

By Exercise and Diet!.
Only one will not help!.Control yur diet and eat healthy like proteins but very little carbs and fat!.
For exercise, treadmill, elliptical sit ups and bike would do!. Atleat 4-5 times a week would really show results for an hour to hour and a half daily!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dedicate valuable time of 20 mins to do exercises in your daily routine!.You will stay healthy and fit!.Do swimming,cycling,skipping also if you find time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make yur self comfertable by mind fistly thn take a morning walk regularly and avoid junk foodsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Walking or jogging, plus at least an hour a week of strength training!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
