Excerise's ????????????!


Question: Excerise's !?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Can anyone think of any exercises i can do now at home to try and get rid of my podge, and get me a nice toned stomach!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

and there another exercise, i cant think what its called though!. you have your arms (from hands to elbow) flat on the floor then push up on your feet like a push up but hold it for like a minute at a time!. do about 15 of them a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
