Do wrist curls lead to carpel tunnel?!


Question: Do wrist curls lead to carpel tunnel!?
I'm trying to build up my forearms and I want to know if doing them will lead to carpel tunnel or have any long term effects on my wrists!. My wrists are small and aren't really that strong and my grip is weak!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Of course not!. Wrist curls will strengthen the muscle surrounding the carpus!. Just don't try and handle too much weight, and keep your forearm supported on a bench!. Don't go for a lot of weight, go for perfect control--no forcing it up and letting it drop back down!. If anything, that's what will damage the wrist!.
Carpal tunnel sydrome is a pinching of the nerves that run through the carpus!. The brachial plexus (branch of nerves that feed the arm) is found in the upper brachium, by your shoulder!.
Strengthen your grip using of those spring-loaded grip strengtheners!. They work the muscles of the forearm!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

wrist curls could lead to carpel tunnel!. it is best to work with a trainer or a salesperson who can show you how to use the proper equipment for your size of even if you should be doing that type of exercise at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
