I want to know the effect of 2-day starvation...please help?!


Question: I want to know the effect of 2-day starvation!.!.!.please help!?
as a beginning for dieting and to prepare the body to do so i have decided to not eat for 2 days and only drink water!.!.can somebody tell me the effect other than loose motion and other stuff!? am an office working guy who has to sit at least for 12-14 hours a day!.!.please help!.!.cant see calories accumulating like this!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your body will start to hold back the fat you want to lose ,ok the brain will go "oh no we are starving shut down,hold all fat we will need this stuff Scottie if we don't eat ,then your body will follow orders and obey now when you do eat you will have the body wanting to store more fat then before!.the brain will protect it self !.i know it sounds strange but it has a mind of it's own!.

Bad lamb, starving yourself is not a good way to begin a weight loss program!. If you deprive your body of nutrients, and I do NOT mean vitamin pills!.!.!.helloooooo
If you do not eat, your body is going to go "HOLY CRAP! He/she is starving, so I'm going to slow down the metabolism so we don't die while we find food!" That slowdown is what you do NOT want!. Most people who claim to know about this recommend instead that you eat small meals more often throughout the day!. I was eating fruits and veggies as small meals, 6 times a day, and I lost weight rapidly!. I also cut out almost all added sugars!. Truth be told, I had a diabetes scare, and had to lose the sugar!. Modifying my food intake was what the dietician said to do, and I lost 30lbs in 6 months!. Does not seem like a lot, but the slow loss of weight has helped immensely in keeping the weight off!.

When you don;t eat for an extended amount of time your body goes into a "starvation" mode where it actually starts to store fat!. It is counterproductive to start a diet in that fashion!. If you want to start a weight-loss diet try starting it by taking a daily anti - oxidant vitaman and a moderate carb / high fiber intake to keep your stomach full but the fiber will mostly just pass through you :D

eat food, that makes your body burn calories!. learn the secrets about how food works, and digests!.!.!. eat granola bars, and any sort of nut is good protein!.!.!. but it does have saturated fats and such, but they are the good kind of fats, just look into this further!.!.!. fill your mind with information to help you understand how our bodies really work, and the importance in eating good food!.!.!. Detox is what your doing!.
In stead of eating nothing!.
Try to eat your 5 a day!.
When fasting/detoxing the first few days you only loose water weight!.
The only time you actually burn fat is after around 3-5 days!.
So becareful!.

I assume you are not doing this on working days!. Bad idea!. Fine for detox if you are medically OK!. Dumb for losing weight, you just slow down you metabolism and will most likely have a huge urge to consume lots of food when you are done!. There are no quick fixes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

putting ur body in starvation mode is the worst start to any diet!. if you have a teeny bit of fat after tis even, your body will hang onto it!.
instead - try sticking to under 1200 cals a day (im assuming ur a girl here)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
