Question: Treadmills- Manual vs!. Electric!?
As per the usual Christmas, I am going to receive a gift and I'm looking into asking for a treadmill!. (It gets too slippery for me to go out for my walks in the winter!.)
So, my question is, what are the pros and cons of a manual vs!. electric treadmill!? Keep in mind that my family is far from wealthy, so we can't spend very much on such a thing!.
Also, if electric ones actually are overwhelmingly better, how should I go about finding a greatly discounted(used is fine) one!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You gotta go with electric If you really can't afford one, try checking Craig's List under "FREE" !. Some people are moving or get tired of them and are willing to give them away if you come and pick them up!. You may have to be patient, but they do pop up!.

electric is a hundred times better than the manual ones!. sure it'll be cheap, but you're going to have to apply force to the treadmill when you run, so that you have to literally push with more force than regular walking!. it's defying the law of gravity, so therefore i suggest you get an electric!. buy one off of ebay, that's where i got mine!. my treadmill might've been 1000 dollars but i actually got it for about 400!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Electric is far better!. Manual are next to useless!. Look for floor model and closeouts!.
I spent $1100 on mine - 12 years ago! It still runs great - and I use it for over an hour every day!

we got one from sears!. it wasnt too expensive and u get a warranty and i dont think we paid for it all at once
